1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Junotech Sol, the Pakistan-based operator of Portfolio ("Portfolio", "we", "our", or "us"). They govern your access to and use of our websites, portfolio tools, job-discovery features, employer and recruiter workspaces, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Portfolio helps users create and publish professional portfolios, discover job opportunities, submit applications, publish job listings, and manage recruitment activity. Features may change as the Service develops. We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary and do not guarantee that any feature will always be available.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms, a parent, guardian, or other authorized representative must agree on your behalf where permitted.

You agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain only accounts you are authorized to use, safeguard your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. We may require email verification or other reasonable checks before enabling particular features.

4. Candidates, Employers, and Recruiters

Candidates. You are responsible for the truthfulness of your profile, portfolio, CV or resume, qualifications, application answers, and communications. Applying through Portfolio does not guarantee an interview, offer, employment, or response.

Employers and recruiters. You must have authority to represent the identified organization. You are responsible for ensuring job listings are genuine, accurate, current, lawful, and non-discriminatory, and for using applicant information only for legitimate recruitment purposes. You must not request unnecessary sensitive information, charge candidates unlawful fees, misrepresent an opportunity, or use the Service for pyramid schemes, deceptive work, or unlawful recruitment.

Organizations. Organization owners control team access and are responsible for invitations, permissions, and actions taken by authorized members. Recruitment and employment decisions are made by employers and candidates, not by Portfolio. Unless we expressly state otherwise, we do not verify every identity, credential, organization, job listing, or user statement.

5. User Content

"User Content" includes profiles, portfolio text and media, projects, job listings, applications, CVs or resumes, messages, organization information, and other material submitted through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Portfolio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for technical display, transmit, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service according to your settings. For publicly published content, this license includes making it available to visitors and search engines. The license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except for reasonable backup, legal, security, and enforcement retention.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and that it does not violate law, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, or these Terms. You should keep your own backup of important material.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• break applicable law or encourage unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or discriminatory conduct;
• impersonate another person or organization, submit false credentials, or create deceptive jobs or profiles;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
• upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, or interfere with Service integrity or availability;
• scrape, harvest, crawl, reverse engineer, or use automated access except with our prior written permission or as clearly allowed by law;
• send spam, unsolicited promotions, abusive messages, or use applicant data for unrelated marketing;
• collect, expose, or misuse passwords, identification documents, financial details, or other sensitive information;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except under a written agreement with us.

7. Portfolio Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, documentation, and original content excluding User Content, belongs to Junotech Sol or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

If you submit feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, tools, or content. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

9. Current and Future Paid Features

Portfolio does not currently process paid subscriptions through the Service. We may introduce paid plans or optional paid features in the future. Before any purchase, we will display the applicable price, billing period, taxes, renewal and cancellation rules, refund terms, and any additional conditions. No charge will be created merely by accepting these Terms.

10. Moderation, Suspension, and Termination

We may investigate reported content or conduct and may remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, risk to users or the Service, unlawful activity, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to respond, but urgent action may be taken without advance notice.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion may be available through account settings or by contacting us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms, will survive.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent storage, particular search ranking, portfolio traffic, applicant quality, job availability, interviews, hiring, income, or career outcomes. Users are responsible for evaluating other users, listings, opportunities, communications, and external links before relying on them.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Junotech Sol and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, opportunities, goodwill, data, or business arising from or related to the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or PKR 10,000. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Junotech Sol and its personnel from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, unlawful use of the Service, recruitment activity, or material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, you and Junotech Sol agree to make a good-faith effort for 30 days to resolve the dispute by contacting support@junotechsol.co. If it is not resolved, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

15. General Terms

These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them form the entire agreement about the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a restructuring, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service. Headings are for convenience only.

16. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms as the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms, update the effective date, and provide additional notice where appropriate. Material changes apply prospectively. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
